Insomnia and sleep problems tend to start in isolation but can soon develop into bad habits. If you think you won't be able to sleep, it's almost certain that you won't. Hypnotherapy can help you to develop new expectations and make insomnia a thing of the past.

Hypnosis will help you take control and re-educate your mind into relaxing easily into sleep. You can learn new and natural ways to fall asleep using relaxation exercises and techniques which have worked for countless others.

I will discuss the likely duration of any treatment with you before booking any appointments so that you know what to expect. I believe in being totally transparent with my fees and so there will be no nasty surprises! I operate to the highest ethical standards and only ever book as many appointments as are necessary to help you with your problem.

The initial session will take approx 90 minutes and then subsequent sessions will last between 50 - 70 mins. Each session costs £75 (or £85 if it takes place after 5.30 p.m. weekdays or at any time on a Saturday).

Where appropriate, hypnotherapy sessions will be recorded and emailed to you for downloading at home where you can continue to listen to them. Sometimes pre-recorded sessions are also provided.
