A session of CBT is initially used to challenge your eating habits and attitudes towards food. Sometimes there are years of poor eating habits that need to be addressed. The subsequent hypnotherapy sessions help you to make these changes.

There is no 'one size fits all' approach and all sessions will be designed to help with your specific problem areas - so it may be that you need help stopping that in front of the TV snacking, to control your portion sizes, be motivated to exercise more, or to stop having those days when nothing in your fridge or cupboards is safe!
During your appointments we can identify your particular issues and help you to deal with them. Each session is recorded on to CD for you to listen to at home between appointments.
An average weight management plan runs between 3 - 6 sessions.
